Every operation can be upgraded for bigger payouts and faster cycles. Hire distinctive Crew Chiefs to automate production, then invest in Retrofits that improve output, speed, costs, and Lucky Find rewards. When your industry is ready for a fresh start, trigger Reclamation to earn Reactor Cores and unlock permanent Recovery Protocols that make every rebuild stronger.
